Sherman Heights

68-Acre Mixed Use Project

“Located in southwest Sherman, Texas on Heritage Parkway (FM 1417) just across the street from the new Sherman High School in the rapidly growing Sherman, Texas.  This project is planned to meet the growing, but underserved housing demand in the Sherman – Denison market with accompanying retail.  Currently in the infrastructure design stage, it is planned for a 13-acre multi-family project, 43 acres of single-family homes and 10.7 acres of commercial – retail sites.  Construction on the single family and multi-family infrastructure is scheduled to commence in mid – 2023.  Accompanying retail pad sites are available.”

13 Acre Mixed Use Project

“Duplex and retail community located in East Sherman, Texas on the south side of Highway 56 just across the street from Sherman Middle School.  The project is currently in the planning and entitlement phase and will include 33 duplex homes (providing 66 rental homes) and a 3.01 acre accompanying retail site.  The project is located very conveniently to new jobs currently being created in the Sherman market.

Valley Vista Estates

Valley Vista Estates is a 380-home single family community including a 21-acre mixed use commercial and retail component located at the intersection of Ronald Reagan Boulevard and Gabriel’s Horn Road in Leander, Texas. This site, located on the north shore of the beautiful South San Gabriel River, and adjacent to the Leander Regional Trail System, includes a variety of single-family home sites and price points ranging from alley loaded condominium homes to estate lots located on beautiful sites with scenic vistas. Multiple homes are currently under construction on three of the four completed sections.

An 18-acre mixed-use office and retail project located in Cedar Park providing both two story office and single-story office condominium opportunities with a retail component. It stays substantially full, provides the home of the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce, local medical and business offices and is a popular local restaurant venue.

Tower Center

A mixed-use retail, auto services and car wash project housing several fast food venues, a Brake-Check auto service store and Otter Car Wash, a modern Express-Serve car wash featuring a 146 foot fully automated car wash tunnel. It is located on Whitestone Boulevard (FM 1431) in Cedar Park across the street from 1890 Ranch, a large Big Box Shopping Center.

Abrantes

Part of the Creekside Park Development, a 146-acre planned development that includes 376 single family homes, 32 detached condos, a church, a planned nursing home and ten acres of local retail. Abrantes is an upscale gated residential community including 85 estate lots in the Abrantes section of the overall Creekside development in Cedar Park, Texas. It features a spring fed creek with generous green space and trails. Scott Felder Homes, Grand Haven Homes and Hill Country Artisan Homes have built and sold homes on over 80% of the home sites.

CEDAR PARK, TEXAS

Creekview

Part of the Creekside Park Development, Creekview is a 250-home residential community (with an adjoining church site) on land that was developed by TDM and sold (with a development contract) to D.R. Horton Homes. The community is fully built out and occupied.

PRINCETON, TEXAS

Town Park

A 95-lot residential single family and duplex subdivision community with a five-acre retail/office commercial component located in downtown Princeton, Texas. It is currently under construction. Pacesetter Homes has purchased the lots and will construct all the single family and duplex homes. Town Park Center – the five-acre commercial component of Town Park is being designed.

South Loop Center &
Southpark Meadow

South Loop Center is a planned 14-acre grocery anchored retail center with in-line and retail pad site opportunities. South Loop Self Storage is a 7-acre self-storage project located next door to the planned grocery anchored retail center (South Loop Center).

Southpark Meadow is the planned single family and duplex home community in a park-like setting located on FM 982 adjacent to South Loop Center near the southeast corner of FM 982 and Myrick Road (the planned South Loop) in Princeton, Texas.

LAVON, TEXAS

Lavon Farms

A 150-lot single family residential community located in Lavon, Texas. It is currently under construction with completion scheduled for November, 2019. Pacesetter Homes and Meritage Homes are the two home builders who will commence construction in the Fall of 2019.
